TODAY and Friday, three of Vancouver’s top indie boutiques will offer high style at warehouse prices. (LOOKBOOK)
SALES WE LOVE | Three of Vancouver’s top fashion shops—Violet, LYNNSteven and Oliver & Lilly’s—are teaming up TODAY and Friday to offer stylish Vancouverites deeply discounted clothing and accessories selected from the striking lines they carry. If beautiful fashion is your thing, this sales event is a must do.
Genevieve Allen, Nicole Dennis Durnin and Leighann Boquist, the style mavens who curate these distinctive collections, call their semi-annual shopping extravaganza a warehouse sale. At one time it actually was held in a warehouse, but now it takes place at Violet, Allen’s sweet boutique on South Granville Street, where the interior has been reconfigured to accommodate hundreds of sale items, 99 percent of which are between 60 and 80 percent off their original retail price. “Absolutely everything in the store is on sale,” says Allen, “and plenty of things are marked between $25 and $50.”
Here’s a peek at some of the offerings.
